Tommy DeCarlo covering Boston's 1978 hit "Don't Look Back" in 2007, which he posted as an MP3 on MySpace. DeCarlo would later be contacted by Boston founder Tom Scholz, who later asked him to sing lead and tour with the famous band after the 2007 death of original lead singer Brad Delp. Similar to the story of Journey lead vocalist Arnel Pineda, Scholz discovered DeCarlo online by hearing his cover performances of Boston songs.
