Brisbane, Australia-based Sabrina Schultz's recent success with her cover of Men At Work's classic 1981 hit "Down Under" proves that it doesn't take millions, or even hundreds of thousands, of views on YouTube in order to achieve financially rewarding career success.
Schultz's video, which by August 2017 had only received around 20,000 views on the video website, was noticed by a company looking to license the version as the theme song for Wolf Creek Season Two, a spin-off TV series from the popular film.
Her achievement, which came after posting only four videos on YouTube, shows the value to cover performers of using the medium to expose their talent to the world. Here is her version of the track:

Summary
Lilting and haunting, this vocal with guitar version of the 80s Aussie classic has a certain relaxed appeal. One can't argue with the success this cover performer achieved with the track either--nice job!
