Here is 12-year-old Justin Bieber, in what is probably his earliest online video posting in 2007, covering Alicia Keys' "Fallin'," a hit for her in 2001. It is reported that Bieber's discovery online by Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between now-manager Scooter Braun and Usher (full name: Usher Raymond IV), came partly from them seeing this video.
